BABY ARTHUR HAS ARRIVED!!!!! 2 weeks early!

So I came down to New Orleans with the intentions of being present for the birth of baby Arthur. But seeing as how he was due Thanksgiving day.. I didn't think I'd be there... but yep, I was!! The past 3 days I've been cooking for them.. the first nite was a spicy Panang Curry dish with jalapenos & serrano peppers. The next nite was pot pie all made from scratch. Really thinking the curry dish helped the little one come along faster than planned (or I like to think so). Pen got up this morning, went to work.. her water broke at work.. she came home, took a shower.. then Adam took a shower (those guys!!!) .. then we casually left for the hospital. She told the nurses she "thought she might be going into labor".. then they check her and she was dialated to a 6!!! They were more than shocked.. she was totally going into labor. 2 hours later, baby Arthur arrived.

This was the food they packed to take to the hospital. Pop tarts & pretzel rolls!!! Love those guys.
